Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. Altered products cannot be refunded. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Please note that orders exceeding ₹15,000 cannot be returned. Additionally, bulk returns are not possible.

*For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Any outfits purchased under Sale / Offers / discount coupons are not eligible for return. It can be exchanged subject to availability for the same garment.

Bottoms are not eligible for return or exchange. 

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped. Call us at the earliest to 9962118181 (Mon - Sat 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST)

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Pricing on any product(s) reflected on our website due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by maybell may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event maybell may cancel your order(s).
